Nice family, the food honestly isn't bad and I never had a bad experience with them. They are quite responsive for help and are always glad to help out. Been hot to go there but during fall and winter I go here quite often!

I absolutely love the pad Thai from this establishment! I also like the fresh summer rolls but I feel like they need to be bigger and better for the price of if kept the same then lower the price on them. The staff is always friendly and kind and the place is okay.

Really good experience! We were attended and served fast. The food was delicious! I ordered Chicken teriyaki with rice and it was really good and also got an order of combination chow mein which did not disappoint. The order of chicken pho was not the best thing on the menu, it wasn't bad but preferred and loved the others. Overall good food and a clean ambiance!

I would recommend coming here especially since we have very limited pho restaurants here in town. We usually dine in San Jose for pho but this restaurant has peaked my interest. The service was good as the waitress kept checking on us. The food came out timely although we were the second customers there. The restaurant was clean and pleasant. My hubby liked the meatball pho. He enjoyed the broth but said the meatballs could be better which is why I put 4 stars and not 5. My 2 sons liked their beef chow mein and chicken katsu. I personally enjoyed the spicy vermicelli noodle bowl. I would definitely recommend eating here.

Parking was easy because it has its own little outside parking lot. Inside is a smaller mom and Pop feeling restaurant. They had a TV playing scenery. Simple tables and chairs. Refer to my photo for reference. They have a decent amount of options on the menu! I ordered the beef Bulgogi and enjoyed it a lot! It was not as fatty, and that is the way I like it, even though most people prefer fatty meat. I would totally come here again! Service wise I have no complaints. The server was attentive. The pricing for the food was appropriate. There is a one room bathroom.

This is the second time eating at Noodles Pho U. The first time I went the food was okay but this time I got the Hot bowl fried rice with chicken. It came with a cup of soup. It was better in flavor than the meatball soup that I had the previous time. Only thing is the food here lacks flavor. I had to spice it up with sriracha and the hoisin sauce. The inside is always clean and the derive is great for only having 1 person. I would just recommend they include a spice level on their food options.

I could have sworn I posted a review already but not seeing it, so here we go... Third time here, second time getting to eat. First time we got here a little late and it was their opening day so they sold out. The prices are a little higher than you'd see in like San Jose, or LA, but there aren't any Asian stores nearby to get the supplies as quickly and easily as the larger cities. Both times we got pho and the beef bibimbap, or hot stone rice bowl as they call it. First time we got the egg rolls for appetizer, this time we went with Kpop spicy wings. Both are delicious and I'll be getting both again in the future. The soup and bibimbap have great flavor, don't forget to ask for the sweet soy sauce and watch that hot stone bowl sizzle! This is the perfect spot on a rainy day. Can't wait to see their full menu soon.

Been eyeing this place ever since seeing the "Coming Soon" banner waving in front of the building in mid-November 2022. Now that it's officially open, I'm certainly glad there is some variety from the Mexican-centric and fast food restaurants surrounding it in LB. Noodles Pho U serves mainly Vietnamese dishes with a sprinkling of various Asian cuisines (Korean, Filipino, etc.). We went when the menu was more limited, and the only things being served were: Appetizers - Egg rolls - tteokbokkki (Korean rice cakes) - 2 types of Korean chicken wings (spicy or soy garlic) Noodle Soup - Pho rib - Pho brisket - Pho combo (brisket, meatball, tripe, tendon) Stone Bowl Rice - Chicken - Beef - Pork Drinks - Cans of soda for 1.99 each We came on a Friday for lunch. We were seated immediately (luckily beating the rush!), and ordered the following: - Soy garlic wings (8 pc) - came with a side of shaved cabbage with a sweet Japanese mayo dressing. One of the flats was criminally tiny, but the taste and crisp of the chicken was great. - Pho combo - broth was very star anise/cinnamon forward and hit the spot. Came with a decent amount of meat. I also wished the default veggie plate that comes with pho had Thai basil instead of cilantro. - Stone bowl rice w pork - delicious crispy rice but not enough meat proportion. Overall our 3 items came out to $50 pre-tax. Service was fine. I hope to visit again when their menu expands (peeped a 'Boba' sign on the side of the building, but asking the waitress she said it isn't on the menu yet)!
